NPGA Southeastern Propane Expo 2027

The 2027 Southeastern Propane Expo is April 4–6 at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, according to the National Propane Gas Association's event listing. NPGA is the listed organizer. Those details give a propane owner and service manager a date to plan around—and a reason to decide which operational problem deserves their attention before they arrive.

Who should go

Consider sending the person who approves equipment or software purchases alongside the person who reviews completed work. Give them one shared assignment: find out whether a proposed purchase makes a real job easier to complete, document and review.

Bring a blank version of a form your team actually uses, with customer information removed. Add a short description of the step that causes repeat office calls or missing paperwork. That is a more useful starting point for a vendor conversation than a general request to see everything a product can do.

Follow one job from instruction to record

Use these questions with relevant vendors you choose to meet on the floor:

  • Written procedures: Can the vendor explain how its tool fits your existing procedure? Who would revise the written instructions if the workflow changes?
  • Safety records: Ask to see how a completed record is reviewed, how an incomplete record is flagged and how a correction remains visible. Request a sample export you can examine later.
  • Delivery apps: Walk through an order that arrives with an incomplete address or an unclear request. Ask who reviews it, how the customer receives an answer and where the final status appears.

For preparation, compare your written instructions with the scope of Propane Safety Pro's policies and procedures manuals. If field documentation is the problem you want to solve, review the Tank Spotter Safety App and use the same record-review questions when comparing options.

Leave with something the office can evaluate

Ask each vendor for a sample record, a description of the proposed workflow and a named follow-up contact. Compare those materials against the problem you brought. A polished demonstration is easier to assess when the office can inspect what it would receive after the work is finished.

Dates can change. Check the organizer's site for final dates before you book. Confirm exhibitor participation, booth locations and appointments with vendors you want to meet.
