Sponsor questions
What if I want to cancel mid-month?+
Cancel anytime — month-to-month, no penalty, no clawback on placements that already went out. New billing stops the month after cancellation; your last paid placements still ship. For annual prepay, unused months aren’t refundable, but you can use them through the end of the prepay period.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any month boundary — no penalty, no re-negotiation. The new tier applies to your next billing cycle.
How is “impression” defined and audited?+
An impression = one delivered open of a Propane Insider newsletter containing your placement. We report opens via our ESP’s tracked-open metric, share the raw numbers monthly, and don’t gross up or estimate.
Do you accept competitor advertisers in the same newsletter?+
We don’t enforce category exclusivity at any tier. Two suppliers in the same category can run in the same issue. The propane industry is small enough that head-to-head pairings happen rarely in practice — but if they do, we don’t block them.
What creative do I provide and what’s the lead time?+
Logo, 50-word blurb, destination URL, and an optional 600x200 banner. Your first campaign ships 7 business days from when we receive all your assets. We don’t redesign creative — what you send is what ships — but we’ll flag obvious deliverability or compliance issues before publication.
