Eastern Energy Expo 2027

Eastern Energy Expo is scheduled for May 23–26, 2027 at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. OESP's event announcement confirms those details and directs attendees to the Eastern Energy Expo site. OESP also identifies itself as a co-host of the expo.

For a propane company evaluating service tools and customer ordering, this is a useful trip to plan with both the field and office in mind. Decide in advance what each person needs to learn, then compare their answers before requesting a proposal.

Who should go

A service manager can examine how a proposed tool handles completed work. An office manager can ask what happens to the resulting record or customer request. An owner considering a purchase should hear both accounts.

If your business handles several fuels, prepare a separate example for each workflow you want a vendor to demonstrate. Ask which parts are supported and which would need configuration or another system. Treat each answer as a question to verify in writing.

Test the handoff during a floor conversation

Start with a hypothetical customer request. Ask a relevant vendor to show how it reaches the office, who accepts it and how the person doing the work receives the necessary details. Then follow the job back to the office.

For paperwork and safety records, ask to inspect the completed form rather than only its entry screen. Can the office find the right account, identify missing information and retrieve a readable copy? What happens when a technician has to correct an entry?

For delivery apps, ask how a customer distinguishes a submitted request from an accepted order. Have the vendor demonstrate an exception, such as a request the office needs to clarify, and explain who handles it. Do not assume a customer ordering app replaces dispatch or every other office system.

Before comparing products, review Custom Fuel App's customer fuel-ordering app. For the separate question of field documentation, review the Tank Spotter Safety App. Ask competing options the same practical questions, using the same example job.

Check the program before assigning the trip

Dates can change. Check the organizer's site for final dates, hours and registration before you book. Confirm participation and appointments with vendors you want to meet; the product links above are resources for preparing your questions.
