A bad day can start with a step somebody knows and skips. A pre-trip box left blank. A form signed at the desk for a stop nobody walked.
Buying another class is easy. The blank box is still on the clipboard in the morning. Franklin had the order right in 1758: “Want of Care does us more Damage than Want of Knowledge.”
Put the form where the work happens. Tank Spotter keeps inspection records with the field crew, so the office can see what was recorded before the truck comes back.
