Why We Publish This

Most marketing platforms are black boxes. You pay monthly and hope something is running. Propane Insider was built by an operator — someone who spent 25 years running propane offices across 12 states and knows exactly how much trust a vendor relationship requires.

These stats are live. When something breaks, it shows here before we finish fixing it. That's intentional — we'd rather have you see a failure rate spike and watch us resolve it than pretend every system runs perfectly 100% of the time.
